Most of us are based out of Mumbai but spend meaningful time on client sites — Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, the tier-2 cities where interesting new hospitals are being built. Hybrid is the norm; travel is real but measured.
Growth paths are explicit. Associates run workstreams by month six. Managers lead engagements by year two. Partners mentor and help open new work. We promote internally first — the majority of our senior team was hired in earlier.
