Market Research & Insights
Catchment, case-mix, and competitive intelligence before you commit capex.
Most facilities we audit made a strategic decision — new specialty, new unit, new location — before the demand math was done. By then, the capex is sunk and the fix is throughput engineering.
Our market research practice starts with catchment: who lives inside a 20-minute drive, what's their age-adjusted disease burden, and what are they already consuming from competitors. We triangulate public data (Census, NFHS, IRDAI disclosures) with on-ground primary research — referrer surveys, patient intercept, and competitor pricing scans.
The deliverable is a decision-ready report, not a deck. You walk out with a clear number: how many beds, what case mix, which specialties to lead with, and which to phase in year two.
Outcomes we target and measure.
- Sized demand for every proposed service line in the target catchment
- Competitive positioning map with pricing, TAT, and referral-capture benchmarks
- Payer-mix forecast by specialty (cash, TPA, government schemes)
- Two or three go-to-market scenarios with break-even volumes
- Red-flag list: demand segments that look attractive on paper but won't pay
Concrete outputs at the end of the engagement.
Every engagement ends with artefacts you own — documents, models, trackers, or live systems that your team runs after we leave.

- 03Primary research findings (referrers and patients)
